Why isn't the app detecting my parking?

Make sure location services are set to "Always" for ParkPing in your device settings. Also ensure motion and fitness tracking is enabled, as the app uses this to detect when you've stopped driving.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from the Settings tab in the app. Alternatively, email us at support@parkping.tech and we'll process your request within 30 days.

Why am I not receiving parking reminders?

Check that notifications are enabled for ParkPing in your device settings. Also verify that "Parking Expiration Alert" is turned on in the app's Reminder settings.
